Trashing Stuff
- The trash is used to delete files.
- To delete, you drag the file or document to the trash can and let go of the mouse.
- Go to "Special" on the menu bar and select "Empty Trash."
- The file is now deleted.
- To eject a disk, trash the icon and the disk will eject. (You can also choose "Eject Disk" from the "Special" menu. However, when you shut down, the computer will ask for the disk to be inserted again. To avoid this, it is better to choose "Put Away".)
